- Go here: https://www.theatrixhd.com and sign in. Once signed into Theatrix, click ‘Your Profile’ in the top right-hand corner of the site
- Click on ‘Account Settings’
- Go to the lower part of the screen and click on ‘Cancel Subscription’
- We are sad to see you leaving…but to finalise and cancel subscription click on the red ‘Cancel Subscription’ button
Please note: Deleting the Theatrix app or channel from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancel instructions above to stop being billed.
