To reset your password, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go here: https://www.theatrixhd.com and sign in. Once signed into Theatrix, click ‘Your Profile’ in the top right-hand corner of the site
2. Click on ‘Account Settings’ 
3. Go to Membership, and highlighted in blue is the word change, click on change
4. Then enter your old password and your new password details 
5. To finalise and reset your new password, click on the red “Change” button and your new details will automatically be saved.
